So re-reading it... I've noticed something strange.
It seems in "don't move" mode he's able to speak a few times. He does it several times and obviously he is able to moan... If he is able to do this then why does he not just ask whatever girl to stop giving him a handjob/stroking him?
I'm not saying it would work (the teenage girls would ignore him outright or likely tease him playfully), they would likely continue to do it regardless (especially with Christine, Emily, and Tanya encouraging it), but like when he pleads with his eyes and thinks to himself that he badly wants it to stop, he never says anything, even when literally begging with his eyes. The younger ones might listen, at least until Mark gets a "shut up" or "shush Mark" command.
It's not a big deal, just confusing.
Also wasn't Mark the only male living in the town? So what about that trick-or-treating iron man kid? Maybe he was just trick-or-treating in another town, lol.

NudeBag does a great job describing what happens during the freeze spells in fact. Not confusing at all. He makes it clear he wants them to stop but all the girls are too interested in having fun with a naked boy.
He never said Mark was the only male. He said that the town has an overwhelming number of females compared to males. I would love to see a new chapter of Magic!
